Refund PolicyFor a full refund of the original item cost, shipping and handling charges are not refundable, the return shall be received postmarked within 10 days of original receipt by customer. All diamonds returned must be the original merchandise shipped and shall be undamaged and unaltered. We do not sell used merchandise and do not accept a return with any indication that it was used. All returned items will be examined upon receipt, prior to issuing any refunds or credits. any returned item that does not match our product data records for that purchase, will be returned/refused. All items must include the original invoice, the original order number, and the original recognized gemological laboratory certificate issued with the diamond, failure to include any of these items will result in the refusal of the return and the return of the merchandise to the customer. You must obtain a RETURN
AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before any item can be returned. Please call

us by fax at 216-321-0807 to be assigned a return authorization number.
This number must be on your invoice and in the lower left hand corner
of your returned package, any package without this number will be refused. |
