Refund Policy

For a full refund of the original item cost, shipping and handling charges are not refundable, the return shall be received postmarked within 10 days of original receipt by customer.

All diamonds returned must be the original merchandise shipped and shall be undamaged and unaltered. We do not sell used merchandise and do not accept a return with any indication that it was used. All returned items will be examined upon receipt, prior to issuing any refunds or credits. any returned item that does not match our product data records for that purchase, will be returned/refused.

All items must include the original invoice, the original order number, and the original recognized gemological laboratory certificate issued with the diamond, failure to include any of these items will result in the refusal of the return and the return of the merchandise to the customer.

You must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before any item can be returned. Please call our customer service department at 216-321-0806 or 800-852-5992 or contact us by fax at 216-321-0807 to be assigned a return authorization number. This number must be on your invoice and in the lower left hand corner of your returned package, any package without this number will be refused.

Shipping Instructions
Returns must be shipped in the original shipping carton by United States Postal Service Registered Mail and must be insured for the full cost of the merchandise stated on your original invoice. Please call, fax or email us for return instructions.

Refunds
Return processing and inspections generally take about two weeks. All returned diamonds will be inspected to insure that the return matches our records of the item purchased. If upon inspection, the merchandise does not match, it will be returned/refused and an additional charge will be made for return shipping/handling. Refunds will be made of purchase price only, shipping/handling are not refundable. If original payment was by check, refund will be issued by check, payable to issuer of original payment.
If payment was by credit card, credit will be issued to that credit card and number. We cannot issue a check to refund a credit card purchase, nor can we credit a credit card number different than that used for original purchase.

We are not responsible for any diamond that is not returned as instructed.
